🔍 Tallo: The Resource Gap Report (May 2025)

At Aspire to Give® Academy, we exist to guide young adults through some of life’s most important transitions. In 2025, four landmark global studies made it crystal clear: our work has never been more essential. Here’s what study four reveals: Tallo's Resource Gap Report (May 2025).

Why It's Important: Finds that 62% of young adults (ages 18–30) are not in the careers they intended post-education, citing a lack of guidance and career navigation support.

🔗Report: Tallo The Resource Gap Report

⚠️The Problem: A majority of young adults are not working in the careers they set out to pursue. After completing their education, 62% of 18–30-year-olds report being in a different career than they intended, underscoring a widespread “resource gap” rather than a talent deficit.

🔍 Key Findings: Young adults aren’t lacking skills—but lacking proactive career support, financial literacy and planning, mentorship and peer networks, and alternative pathway awareness to connect their education with meaningful careers.

📊 Highlights:
1. Career Mismatch Is Widespread
2. Non-College Youth Face Greater Challenges
3. Systemic Barriers Limit Career Navigation
4. Financial Stress Is a Primary Concern
5. Isolation and Guidance Gaps

🚨 The takeaway? Young adults don’t just need job training—they need navigation systems.

🚨A call to action: This report emphasizes the critical need for early, structured career navigation programs that empower youth to bridge the gap between ambition and employment.

🧭 Our work at Aspire to Give® Academy: We fill that gap by providing early, structured, and human-centered career education, financial education, and mentoring support to empower every learner to bridge the gap between ambition and reality.
