Cohort (Group) Guidance
Our Coach by the Pull™ signature guidance goes beyond mere knowledge transfer; it aims to cultivate a life-affirming, positive mindset and inspire possibility thinking within a team setting. Each course harnesses the collective strength of a cohort of 5-12 adults, fostering a championship atmosphere where peer learning and shared experiences enhance each participant's journey. Purpose guides facilitate this dynamic through frequent availability and regular video calls, offering wisdom and professional insights to ensure every learner not only succeeds in their transitions but also thrives within their peer network.
