Generous Inquiry is an iterative questioning approach derived from the Socratic Method and Appreciative Inquiry. It is a process rooted in a deep appreciation of others and an altruistic, caring, and intentionally generous mindset. This method emphasizes fostering understanding, connection, and transformative change by blending open-ended questioning with genuine acts of generosity and support. The Generous Inquiry process consists of five steps: Discovery, Dream, Design, Delivery, and Destiny.

Discovering the core purpose, motivation, or reason behind your situational actions, decisions, and life choices. It is about understanding the deeper values, beliefs, or passions that drive you during life's transitions, giving clarity to what truly matters and aligns with your authentic self.

Aspire, a symbol of generosity and compassion, was inspired by the founder’s spouse, a devoted kindergarten teacher, and her close-knit circle of lifelong friends who shared her calling to teach. These women exemplified kindness and selfless service as they nurtured young minds, becoming the essence of Aspire to Give Academy. From this inspiration, Aspire emerged as the Academy’s avatar of the giving heart, depicted in various poses throughout our programs. Each depiction encourages embracing generosity in navigating life’s transitions in pursuit of purpose. In our blog and storytelling, Aspire shares reflections and wisdom from our community, reminding us that giving starts in the heart, often sparked by those who teach with love.
